Hyundai Has launched the new Verna 2023 and this is that car that got fame even before its launch, its sportier lines, and all-new design lang that has a lot to say and a lot to express. This Verna is one of the best looking Verna till now. It has many sporty elements but they are blending with the whole personality, not like its predecessor.

This new Verna looks very cool and it is actually looking more expensive than its price. The cabin of the car got a complete makeover with premium touches thus the aroma of freshness and lavishness make the atmosphere in the cabin just overwhelming.

Hyundai Verna on-road price....

The ex-showroom price of the new Hyundai Verna starts at 10.90 lakh and the top model cost around 17.38 lakh, meanwhile, the on-road price of the Hyundai Verna 2023 in Delhi starts at 12.35 lakh which goes up to 20.06 lakh.

So, basically, there are two engines available but unfortunately, both are petrol engines, there is no diesel engine. 

We have 1497cc 4 inline cylinders DOHC MPi petrol engine which produces 113bhp of power at 6300rpm and 143.6Nm of torque at 4500rpm. All this power & torque goes to the front wheels, there are both types of transmission available, 6-speed manual and CVT. 

On the other hand, we have a turbo petrol engine where the displacement is 1482cc 4 inline cylinders DOHC Turbo GDI petrol. This one churns out 158bhp of power at 5500rpm and 253Nm at 1500rpm. It is also an FWD car with 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT transmission.

What is the mileage of the 2023 Hyundai Verna?

The mileage of the new Hyundai is not yet out by the brand but the predecessor Verna used to give us 17-25 kmpl, now we have a slight idea that we'll get this kind of mileage from the new Hyundai Verna as well.

Meanwhile, it has a belly of 45 liters. 

Talking about the design of the new Hyundai Verna

The whole personality of the car has been changed and from the previous model, it's looking damn hot. The front of the car has a huge grille which is covering almost the whole face of the car, chrome is not used on the face thus the minimalistic design of the car comes out greatly. A full LED headlamp setup is there with a Led line on the hood running from left to right giving it more presence. The sharp bumper is adding more spicy to its sportiness. 

Coming to the side, the length of the car has been increased, and with all those aggressive lines on the side, it looks very attractive indeed. Chrome is not used on the side as well but you'll notice some silver kind of touches on the handlebars and around the window area. 

The tail of the car is also looking very nice and interesting. The design of the tail lights is so cool that they are stealing the whole rear show. Crystal kinda design is there with a fine LED line that runs on the boot and connects the right and left tail lights. The exhaust is not visible, no fake stuff.  Shark fin antenna is there along with the moonroof.

Interior, jumping in the car, here it is more luxurious and spacious than before. With a great fit-finish, the cabin of the car is giving you awesome vibes. This time it has ambient lights with a bunch 0f colour options as well. Rear it got plenty of space thanks to a longer wheelbase, over here you will get a rear center armrest, adjustable headrests, and rear windscreen sunblind which is manual. Coming to the front here driver gets an electric seat to adjust and the ventilation function is there too. The main highlights of the new Hyundai Verna are on the dashboard. It has 2 spoke steering wheel like its electric sibling Ioniq 5 or you can say Skoda is giving ideas to other makers. Anyway, to me, this steering won't look as cool as it used to look in a Skoda.

Dash is filled with huge screens, the instrument cluster, and the infotainment system, 10.25-inch infotainment system is full of features with Hyundai Blue Link.

The dashboard design is just amazing and one more thing Hyundai has done is the media control panel and AC control are one and with just a touch of a button you can toggle between them.

What's new in the 2023 Hyundai Verna?

Updated Exterior Design: The 2023 Hyundai Verna may get a refreshed exterior design with a more aggressive front grille, sharper LED headlights, and revised front and rear bumpers.

Improved Interior: The cabin of the 2023 Hyundai Verna may get some updates like a larger infotainment system with a new interface, premium upholstery, and improved ergonomics.

More Safety Features: The 2023 Hyundai Verna may come with more safety features like adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, lane departure warning, and rear cross-traffic alert.

Enhanced Performance: The 2023 Hyundai Verna may get some updates to improve its performance, such as a more powerful engine, updated suspension, and improved transmission.

Dimensions: There are visible changes in the dimensions of the new Hyundai Verna.
