For that size of family Hyundai stretched the Creta add more seats more space and gave Hyundai Alcazar to the nation. The Alcazar is a spacious version of Creta alike Safari is a spacious version of Harrier.

There are two engine options petrol 2.0L MPi and diesel 1.4L CRDi with both type of transmission. 

Petrol

The petrol variants are powered by 1999cc 4 inline cylinder DOHC 2.0L MPi petrol engine this engine generates 157bhp of power at 6500rpm and 191Nm of torque at 4500rpm, FWD, 6 speed manual & torque converter automatic transmission with sport mode & paddle shifters and BS6 emission compliant. 

Diesel 

The diesel engine is more torque rich than petrol although it produces lesser amount of power than petrol but its power kicks in earlier than petrol, 1493cc 4 inline cylinder DOHC 1.4L CRDi turbocharged diesel engine which produces 113.4bhp of power at 4000rpm and torque of 250Nm at just 1500rpm, FWD, turbocharged, 6 speed manual & torque converter automatic transmission along with sport mode & paddle shifters and BS6 emission norm.

It get amazing alloy design and the size of the wheels is 215/55 R18 (F&R) and disc brakes at both the end of the car. 

Lights are beautiful in this vehicle creating an amazing momentum however the indicators are not LED which is a hard to digest thing.

Exterior

First thing first, its a bigger incarnation of Creta therefore, it look pretty much like it with minor changes. 

Front face

It massive bold grille which is adorned by too much chrome, thick chrome bar at the bottom of the grille which is running to each side of the grille and the small chrome rectangles are on the grille giving it bold and attractive appearance. The headlamps are looking gorgeous with DRL around. Indicators and fog lamps are place at the bottom of the face however the halogen indicators are just spoiling the charm of the face and in this price point this is not the good thing. Bumper get kinda silver treatment and if your see it carefully it is designed for easy tackling bad roads or no roads. 

Side profile

Impressive length, giving a proper bold SUV feel. The window area is huge in size, it get side skid plates, alloys are looking amazing and the 18 inchers are making it more attractive. Functional roof rails are there, ground clearance is just awesome. 

Back side

The boldness that have started from the front get a boost at rear. It get a big diffuser same as bumper at the front but big in size, dual exhaust setup on the right hand side of the diffuser. It get a fat chrome bar on the boot gate with Alcazar embedded and this bar also connects the two tail lamps. The tail lights are looking very beautiful but unfortunately the indicators and parking or reverse lights are not LED. You get defogger, small wiper with washer, roof mounted spoiler along with stop lamp. 

Get sharp fin antenna and features huge panaromic sunroof. 

Interior 

Cabin of this car is full of space and this what this car is all about, space. The spacious cabin gives you comfortable and amazing drive. 

Last row, so here is the main thing of this car for which it rocked the news. The last row is not the most spacious as we all know about every third of the car but it is good for kids or might be teens but it is not for adults. Although the rear wind shield is there for giving airy feel but the side glasses or quater glasses are small and they are fixed, fixed is not the problem but small glasses make a claustrophobic environment and especially in hilly areas this thing give birth to puking tendencies which spoils the whole journey, that's purely my opinion. However, the brand have given storge space cup holders, AC vents and reading lights as well which try to overcome that claustrophobic environment. You get seat belts here, adjustable headrests over here which is a great thing, applause.

Second row, now here you get plenty of space and comfort. If you go for a 6 seater version you'll get a fixed arm rest with cup holders and if you get 7 seater you get seat with foldable arm rest but no head rest for the middle person. Hyundai have added some cool things as well like that kinda table on which you can enjoy you food, office work or entertain yourself and the people at the last rows. 

Front seats, here driver get all the amenities and share few with the person beside. Here the electric seat adjust is for driver, ventilated cooled seats for both people at front. Get a arm rest with storage and on arm rest it get digital screen which shows the info about the air purifier. 

Dashboard, the dual tone treatment increases the premium feel of the car and that brown colour is just amazing. 

At the center of the dash it get a fully loaded infotainment system with marvelous graphics and responsiveness. You get music and other controls, automatic climate control AC controls. You get wireless charging function here as well as at the middle row. The shape of the automatic gear knob is giving kind of Audi feel to me. You get other controls like traction and all nearby the gear knob and electric parking brake is also here, the ventilation control is also present here. 

The four spoke steering wheel is looking absolutely amazing with silver kind of work. It get volume, call, cruise and MID controls and paddle shifters behind it. You can adjust the steering wheel's height and reach as prefer you preference. 

Fully digital instrument cluster which again filled with information and shows you than information in a manner. 

Overall, the car fantastic, feature rich, spacious and power is also there and mileage is also pretty impressive.
