We all know that how BMW's M family is, they are brutal, they are short tempered and beast and they are luxurious too, sometime but beautiful always. So, from there, BMW launched their another M car in the nation and this is their first car with new extra large grille in India. 

BMW M4 Competition is an extraordinary machine that is full of power, thanks to its 3.0L inline 6 cylinder petrol engine. 

This furious BMW M4 is available only in single variant with petrol engine and the cost of the M4 is 1.44 crore ex-showroom, don't pop your eyes out.

The car, sorry... sorry, the beast comes with 2993cc inline 6 cylinder M Twin Turbo petrol engine, its a RWD vehicle with two turbos working madly, 7 gear torque converter make gear shifting flawlessly amazing, it comes with sport mode and paddle shifters behind steering wheel and it is BS6 compliant too, of course. 

Because of this 3L hot head petrol engine, the car moves with 503bhp of power at 6250rpm and 650Nm of torque at just 2750rpm. 

Due to this insanity the M4 can touch 100 mark from 0 in just 3.5 seconds.

Although these types of cars are owned by car enthusiasts a wealthy one, who don't think much about mileage, but still mileage is an important factor. The car is not fuel efficient at all, it returns around 9.76 kmpl and the size of its stomach, fuel tank capacity is 63 litres. 

The wheels are looking beautiful indeed and BMW offering you 4 different designs of alloy however the tyres are not practical, at front it get 275/35 R19 and at the back it have bigger tyres 285/30 R20. Ventilated disc brakes are there with M calipers and it also get adaptive M-Specific suspensions.

Gorgeous eyes enhancing the appearance of this car and the eyes are very powerful too, lights.

Packages 

So there are three packages offered by BMW, 

• M Sport Exhaust System- Standard 
• M Drive's Package- Increases top speed to 290km/h.
• M Race Track Package- In this you'll get M carbon ceremic brakes, M carbon fibre bucket seats, M forged wheels and M active differential. 

Exterior 

It is a piece of art where the artist has clearly and aggressively styled the sharp character of the all new M4. The M4 is meant to vanish from your eyes as fast it can and that same mind set is visible in its body lang too. 

Face 

The new design of BMW is a highlight, the kidneys are now covering the whole face and these kidneys are hot cake after BMW reveal them to the world.

Its a 50:50 situation for this design some people love it some are hating it, but to me it looks great although at the starting of this design I was not a big fan of this but time changes, thinking changes. 

BMW blessed this great creation of their with their famous and powerful laser headlamps which are accompanied by slick DRLs which also work as indicators. The throw of laser lamps is unreal and with BMW's adaptive function the lights shift from high to low beam automatically when necessary. 

Won't come with head lamps washers only Audi is installing them, the vents are there to cool down the brakes and for aerodynamic efficiency too. The bumper is very sharp but to make your M4 more monstrous, you can go for front spoiler which is available in the list of accessories. 

Sharp lines are running on the long hood of M4, rain sensing wipers are there as well.

Side profile 

The length of the car is pretty nice but still the rear seats are useless for adults. Being a coupe that flow of coupe is must, the shoulder lines are sharp but smoothly travels. It also get side wind curtain on both sides of the car. Its a two door coupe so the windows are sufficiently big for front but quarter glass for rear seats are quite small. Ground clearance is a thing of concern even the low profile tyres are looking fab but super duper impractical for road, the whole car is far away from practicality but it's not about being practical it's about being quickest in the segment. 

It's a RWD vehicle thus the rear wheel is bigger than the front one. The sexiness of M4 is crystal clear from side. 

Rear end 

Those two characters, the sexy and sporty one both mingles up over here and creates an awesome view. The main highlight of back is those quad exhausts due to which M4 sings like a professional singer. Slick tail lights are giving an amazing effect to the vehicle. Rear camera and sensors are embedded at the back like usual. 

It comes with a slight spoiler but you can install a sportier spoiler which is one of the accessories item BMW have for you. 

Sunroof is not standard it is an option and shark fin antenna is in its usual place. 

Interior 

The sharpness and that athletic stance present on the exterior is not same in the cabin, that opulent behaviour of BMW is covering the whole interior and overtaking that sportiness when the car is standing still. 

Rear seats 

There is strap given in the front seats to make way to rear seats. The rear seats are for kids only, indeed. The space over there is not that enough that it can accomodate a fully grown adult, however, the luxury is on its peak here you get two headrests which are adjustable, arm rest is there with cup holders, here you get child seat mount and seat belts too. 

Small quarter glass and lack of space make this place a bit claustrophobic but bright seat upholstery can overcome this and yes there are too much options of upholstery so you can go with your favourite one. 

Front seats 

Here things are bit sporty, you get sport bucket seats that enhances the driving feel. With extra side bolstering it hugs you tightly, being a sport seats they won't have adjustable headrests but ventilation function is there, electronic seat adjustment and it's a BMW so don't worry about quality. 

Dashboard 

Dash design is not much different from other BMWs same affairs are there but everything is participating with full energy to make dashboard exciting and eye pleasing. The use of chrome like all over the dash giving it an attractive punch. 

Big infotainment screen is there which is full of things to explore and the level of graphics is just fab. Just below that it get AC vents with some buttons below them. You get space for your phone along with wireless charging and also space for you M4's key. 

You get a leather wrapped drive selector with park button and also get buttons to control intensity of gear shifting. It won't have that crystal effect which is there in some other BMWs. Rotary knob that also work as a touch pad is there, with this you can control infotainment system without stretching your arm. 

Nearby this knob some buttons are there along with that freaking red coloured start stop button. Here you get drive modes selector, auto hold button and electronic parking brake button. 

Arm rest with some storage space and USB charging ports. 

Steering wheel and instrument cluster 

It comes with three spoke multi function steering wheel with paddle shifters and M1 and M2 buttons which help you to unleash the devil inside this car. It won't get flat bottom steering which would add more character to the interior. 

It get thta new instrument cluster of BMW, fully digital loaded with tons of information and you can explore this with a button present in steering wheel. 

The car is not practical because it is not meant to be practical it meant for giving you experience of G-Force. Its beauty and sexiness is just a mask in real this is a monster with mad mindset.
