Isuzu launched its 7 seater MU-X at 33.23 lakh | Price, Power, Mileage, Features | HighRPM

 Isuzu also launched its full size SUV along with its pick-up, the Isuzu MU-X. The car with muscular body and great personality. The brand have not changed the vehicle much. The car is looking very sporty, the attitude it shows you with its massive size is just amazing. 

Isuzu launched the MU-X is two variants with diesel engine with automatic transmission, petrol engine is not there. 

The price of new Isuzu MU-X is 33.23 lakh to 35.19 lakh. The car is available in two variants with diesel engine and automatic transmission.

It comes with 1898cc 4 inline cylinder DOHC DDi VGS Turbocharged Intercooled diesel engine this engine generates 161bhp of power at 3600rpm and 360Nm of torque at 2000rpm, AWD, BS6 emission norm, turbocharged, 6 speed gearbox.

It get disc brakes at both the ends of the vehicle, ventilated disc at front. Diamond cut alloy wheels are looking amazing and the size is 255/60 R18. 

Sadly it won't have all LED setup only DRLs and headlamps have.

Exterior 

The looks of the MU-X is very aggressive, its styling is also very nice but the car want some  upgrades and Isuzu haven't changed the car. The personality of this car is just mind blowing but that striking thing is somehow somewhere gone. 

Front face 

The use of chrome is still the same like predecessor, chrome bars are giving a cool effect but there are too much of chrome. The face have that aggression which is necessary for SUV's personality. Head lights are looking great, get Bi-LED projector setup with DRLs. Again the fog lamps are not LED, thinking about the price, halogen fog lamps are very bad. Bumper appear very sporty. But now this whole setup is showing its age. 

Side profile 

Impressive length due to which its presence takes a great loop, it get side steps, big windows, non functional roof rails and ground clearance is good. Diamond cut alloy wheels are looking very nice although 19 inchers could have been better. It get a great flow of shoulder line which actually making an interesting momentum. 

Back side 

The style you get at the rear side is definitely going to impress you, the way all the elements have been fixed here is just appreciating. One thing I love the most about the car is that roof mounted spoiler, it is giving an sportier appeal to the vehicle. Other than that the diffuser is looking good, rear wiper is there along with washer. Tail lights not LED, now, this car cost 30 lakh+ and it won't have LED tail lights........ 

Interior 

Being a 7 seater it have good amount of space in the cabin. Spacious and comfortable cabin let you enjoy you journey even hectic one. 

Last row, one thing I like about the last row is that it get adjustable headrests, place is not claustrophobic because of rear wind screen and big quarter glasses. Not the most spacious area of the car, adult would not be comfortable over there but good for kids, here you get 50:50 seat split to increase the boot capacity. 

Second row, captain seats are not here, you get full three seat with arm rest, adjustable headrest and foldable seat to make path  for accessing the last row. Over here you get good amount of space. 60:40 split is available here, after declining the last and second row the boot capacity increases tremendously. 

Front seats, driver get more love from the carmaker (6 way electric seaf adjust). Although its rivals get electric seat adjust for driver as well as front passanger. Side bolsters are there to hug you warmly. 

It won't have sunroof and at this price point sunroof is necessary.

Dashboard, have not changed the dash. It look the same as before which won't give you great experience and appearance. You get infotainment system which touchscreen, but it misses out one of the most basic features which are there even in small cars, it miss out android auto connect and apple car play. 

Same as its sibling it have AC and other controls in a shape of a circle with display at the middle. Get three spoke steering wheel with big horn button and usual basic features. Analogue digital instrument cluster same as we have seen in D-Max. 

The car is too pricey, the looks are good but now the competition is so high that brand should update the appearance with more sharp and sporty looks. Lack some features.
