The brand which is very famous between youth the KTM, for welcoming you to KTM family there are two entry level models, the Duke & RC 125. The RC 125 is a sports bike with sharp and aggressive styling close to other RCs in the family. Its looks make it very attractive and delicious bike, the sportiness you get from the appearance literally melt your heart. The bike has its own defination of speed and sports.

The bike is available only in one variant with 125cc engine which give ample amount of power and torque.

The price of entry level KTM, the KTM RC 125 is 1.69 lakh, it is bit expensive than its street fighter version Duke 125. Only available in one variant

  • KTM RC 125.....1.69 lakh

Seriously I feel that it is very pricey, there are other bikes as well which are available with bigger displacement at lower price.

This package is packed with 125cc single cylinder DOHC liquid cooled engine with fuel injection, chain drive, wet multi-disc clutch, 6 gears and BS6 emission norm. This engine generates 14.5bhp of power at 9250rpm and 12Nm of torque at 8000rpm.

With these features this bike shines alike other family members

  • Single channel ABS
  • Switchable ABS
  • Digital instrument cluster
  • Digital tripmeter
  • Digital odometer
  • Twin tripmeters
  • Low fuel warning
  • Low battery warning
  • Low oil warning
  • Side stand warning

This bike gives you great fuel economy and make it more purposeful, 40kmpl. The fuel tank size is 9.5 l not the big one could have been better at least 11 l.

It comes with you dual disc brakes 300mm at front and 230mm at rear, it runs on 110/70 R17 (F) and 150/60 R17 (R).

How about its lights

Blinkers- LED
That's great that it come with all LED setup.

Measure the RC 125

Wheelbase- 1.34m
Ground clearance- 17.8cm
Seat height- 82cm

Looks
The coolness of this bike can be felt easily. Its style coming out very nicely and showing its talent. The aggressive lines and sporty expression just enhancing the great moment.
Front, two round shaped LED headlight in angry housing giving it an interesting effect. It get a visor which helps you to tackle wind. The RVMs are very sporty looking with sharp lines and sharp shape. The tyre profile is very impressive making it more sportier. The blinkers are also nicely going with the bike.

Side, the graphics on the fairing are giving that striking appeal which this bike carry very impressively. Sitting position is very aggressive telling you to push the engine harder and harder. Seat height is not too high not too low just right setup, pillion could feel some struggle because of high seat and inadequate grab rail style. But one thing I have to say that the pillion seat is designed so nicely that it appear like there is no space for pillion you have touch to register the presence. Ground clearance is very nice now worry on bad roads. That engine view just firing up the looks and the personality of the bike. The exhaust pipe is appearing like a Akrapovic one to me but it is not.

Rear, the rear tyre profile is mind blowing, giving it more sportier essence. The blinkers and tail light whole setup is constructing a cool effect.

Instrument cluster, it get fully digital cluster which tells you many things about the motorcycle the cluster brand give in Duke 390 that one is just phenomenal.

The bike is great but I personally feel that it is on the expensive side.
