 Volkswagen T-Roc get its BS6 emission norm and spike in price. The T-Roc is a very nice and interesting SUV. The design language is carrying an amazing momentum which is brushing an attractive young charming personality. T-Roc have a toughness of SUV kicks in whenever you go harsh on it. The car appear great, design is impressive and welcoming.

The cabin of this car is also very nice and comfortable, it have proper amount of space and no. of amenities which fits in this price tag. 

But the thing is it get the same engine which was there in BS4 model and another thing is that this engine produces same power as well. 

The price of new T-Roc is 21.35 lakh, yes, hiked a bit because of BS6 norm, still comes in one petrol automatic variant.

It get same engine which was there in older or BS4 T-Roc. It is powered by 1498cc 4-cylinder, 1.5L TSI EVO with ACT turbocharged petrol engine. The output of this engine is 148bhp of power at 5000 rpm and 250Nm of torque at 1500rpm. FWD, 7 speed DCT automatic transmission with sport mode and paddle shifters.

Exterior

The styling is very nice and impressive, it have that essence of sportiness and young enthusiasm which reflects sharply. Car is looking fabulous, the way everything has been done is not less than stunning at all. 

Front face

Whole face is very nicely decorated everything is is fixed with elegance but sporty at the same time. I love the way eyes and the grille both are merging with each other and how chrome line surrounds the whole drama. The headlight blends with grille, this whole thing creates a very nice momentum. Get fake air vents surrounded by DRLs, get halogen fog lamps which is unexpected from this price point. The bumper is sporty looking, hood get sharp and bold lines giving a nice touch. 

 

Side profile

It is not the lengthy car in its segment. The bold line running across the side making a very nice and sporty effect. The chrome line is looking awesome over window. Get functional roof rails, alloy design is mind blowing but tyre size could have been better. Black cladding maintain that sportier feel. 

Back side 

Superb punchy back it have which includes sharp and greatly desgined tail lamps which look beautiful. It get roof mounted spoiler which looks amazing and increasing sporty appeal. The diffuser is also sporty looking. 

Get shark fin antenna along with big panaromic sunroof.

Interior

After opening the gates you enter to an another side, totally different from outside. The outside you have seen sportiness, attitude and aggression but inside T-Roc you'll find comfort, luxury and amenities. 

Rear seats, the rear seats have good amount of space and seats provide nice support and comfort, it get rear center arm rest with cup holders, rear AC vents. The panaromic sunroof over you relax you with more light and view of sky at night.

Front seats, the front seats are super comfortable and provide great amount of support as well. But unfortunately it won't have electric seat adjust which is there in its rivals. 

Dashboard, 

the dashboard is very nice and the quality levels are top of the line. The fit finish and the way all the elements are placed and going with each other needs an applause. 

You get infotainment system at the center with AC vents closely associated with it on either side. The system is full of features and super responsive and slick to use, the graphics are also very nice with great animation as well.

Below that you get dual zone AC controls. The gear knob is nicely finished. You get cup holders, arm rest with storage space. 

It comes with three spoke flat bottom steering wheel with volume controls, call controls, infotainment system controls as well. It get fully digital big instrument cluster and it looks amazing, the colours and the animation, graphics all are very nice. On the left side of the cluster you get tachometer & temperature meter and on the right hand you get speedometer & fuel gauge. The bottom area is taken by gear indicator, tripmeter and other things.

At the end, T-Roc is a phenomenal SUV, looks, power everything is upto the mark but it misses out some features which are there in its rivals.
