Mercedes Benz launched their smallest SUV in the market, the Mercedes Benz GLA. The new GLA got some cosmetic changes which are giving stunning appeal to the SUV. GLA comes with great appearance thus the car have builds it own attitude which reflect it appropriately. This Benz is serving you luxury in a compact way. The car is full of features and power thus it will stand on public expectations. This Mercedes is bit small than other GL in the family but being a compact luxury SUV it offers you great features and safety.

The GLA is available in two engine option 1.3L petrol and 2.0L diesel.

This Benz came to the market with starting price of 42.1 lakh and ends at 46.7 lakh. The car is available in three variants, two engine options and in petrol & diesel both.

The new GLA comes with two engine options the petrol one and the the diesel. Talking about the petrol, 1332cc 4-inline cylinder DOHC 1.3L M282 turbocharged I4 petrol engine with FWD, paddle shifters, sport mode, DCT 7 gear transmission and BS6 emission norm.

The power of this engine is 161bhp of power at 5500rpm and the torque of 250Nm at 1620rpm.

Meanwhile, the diesel 1950cc 4 inline cylinder 2.0L OM654 turbocharged I4 diesel engine with FWD, paddle shifters, mode, 8 speed Torque Converter and BS6 emission norm.

This engine has output of 188bhp of power at 3800rpm and 400Nm of torque at 1600rpm.

Exterior

The designing of new GLA is much more attractive and aggressive than the predecessor. Those minor changes are making this an exciting car.

Front face

The sportiness you get at the front is just mind blowing, the new grille is giving an aggressive flow in a momentum at the same time the headlights are also coming to enhance that flow in the momentum. You get big Mercedes logo at the center of the grille with single bar. To make it more sportier the vents are given below to increase the madness. The bumper is very sharp and giving it a nice and punchy appearance and lines on the hood are aslo doing the same.

Side profile

The length of this SUV is good, respect to the segment, alloy wheels are perfectly mingling with the personality of the car. The windows are large enough to refresh the cabin surrounded by thin chrome, the shoulder line is nicely keeping the pace od sportiness created by front.

Back side

The rear end of the GLA shines up the most by tail light the, tail lamps are beautiful enough to attract people. Roof mount spoiler is there to make it more striking. The rear bumper have that aroma of sportiness.

Interior

Being a Benz, the interior have be to be premium, spacious and luxurious. The level of luxury Mercedes is giving in GLA is just awesome.

Rear seats, at the rear you get plenty of space with nice and claustrophobic free environment, rear center arm rest is there with cup holders. You get AC vents for the rear passengers. Get all adjustable headrests to make your journey more amazing.

Front seats, at front you get maximum amenities of GLA, the seats are electrically adjustable with lumbar support adjustment and memory function. Ventilated seats are not available which kinda surprising because considering the price ventilated seats are not tough things.

Dashboard, the best thing about the dash which I personally love the most is that big screen for instrument cluster as well as infotainment system, this thing was not there in predecessor and Benz only provide this in bigger Mercedes and seriously speaking I was not expecting this. Alike other Mercedes dashboard, this one is also looking lit. The ambient lighting is there with freaking 64 colour options. You get Three AC vents at the center, below that you get AC controls. The center console is looking very clean. It features Mercedes new touch pad to control the infotainment screen. Arm rest is there with storage space. Seat adjustment controls are on the door not below the seats.

Three spoke steering wheel with infotainment system controls, call & volume controls and cruise control. Behind that following the tradition the gear selector is there along with indicators and other controls on the other hand.

Talking about the instrument cluster, the graphics and the animation are just top of the line like always. Shows you many things about the vehicle. On the other side of the big screen the infotainment system has its area where apple car play and android auto connect and much... much.... things love to play.

Overall, the car is amazing having good looks and the interior is also spacious which makes the car more adorable.
