The new Honda Accord 2023 is sexier, stylish and more efficient that before | HighRPM

The word sexy has a lot in itself, it shows one's emotions, sometime it won't demand for sentence and sometimes it makes your day as well. However, I'm thinking that is this word is perfect for this sedan whose curves and flawless flows are just phenomenal, whose styling is complemented by minimalism and the slickness is defining the real meaning of the word sedan.

In this SUV and truck world, sedans are somewhere somehow losing their place but we all know that the real value of a diamond is only known to a real jeweler, with this thought in mind Honda has launched the 11th generation of our beloved Honda Accord. Seriously, speaking this new Accord is telling what sedans actually are. With the perfect balance of sportiness and sexiness 2023, Honda Accord is looking absolutely sensational. 

Interior of the Honda Accord is full of amenities, features, and comfort but the exterior is super seductive, the great designing sense is clearly visible at every centimeter, bold lines & sharp looks make it more beautiful and highly attractive.

What is the price of Honda Accord 2023?

The price of 20234 Honda Accord in USA starts at $27,295 and the price of top end Honda Accord is $37,890. The Accord is available in 6 variants, where you have two petrol and 4 hybrid variants. 

Honda Accord 2023 price in India.....

Unfortunately, Accord is not landed in India yet, here Honda is playing its game with Honda City, City Hybrid, Amaze, and WR-V and on top of that they have discontinued the Civic as well. 

Although there is no sign from Honda that they are going to take this hot babe to India, hoping for the best. Anyways, if it will launch in India, it will fall on 35-40 lakh price slab or probably a bit higher. 

What Honda Accord 2023 is hiding beneath that long hood?

So, the 2023 Accord in available in two petrol engines.....

• 1.5L engine (non-hybrid) 

1498cc inline 4 cylinder turbocharged 16 valve DOHC VTEC with dual Variable Timing Control (VTC) petrol engine. This engine generates 192hp of power at 6000rpm and 260Nm of torque at 1700rpm. 

I'm a bit disappointed with the transmission because it comes with CVT transmission and at this price point it should get a torque converter or a DCT.

It comes with two drive modes one is ECON which is nothing just eco mode and another one is normal. 

• 2.0L engine (Honda Accord 2023 hybrid)

1993cc inline 4 cylinder Atkinson 16 valve DOHC with dual Variable Timing Control (VTC) petrol engine with a lithium-ion battery of 1.3kWh and two electric motors engine. 

It gives you 204hp of power (combined) and 334.8Nm of torque at 5000rpm. 

It comes with 4 drive modes, ECON, normal, sport, and individual.

Honda Accord mileage or range...

As per the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) USA, the mileage of a hybrid is around 51mpg in the city (21.6 km) and on highway it gives you 48mpg (20.4 kmpl).

It's kinda weird to me that in city it is giving more mileage and on highway the mileage drops and as I know the mileage or range increases on highway because of undisturbed drive. What you think about the same?

Design of Honda Accord 2023....

I'm literally obsessed with the design of this Honda Accord, that elegance with style sophisticatedly talking to its lovers. It is pretty slick and telling how sedans are actually.

The front of the car is quite sharp and clean, it get slick headlamps with all LEDs, big grille is there with triangle like patterns, coming down it got vents for better breathing but fog lamps are not available. Facial expressions are showing sporty and elegant soul. That long hood with some crisp lines giving effect to the car. 

From side the real sedan thing kicks in, slickness everyone is talking about is clearly visible from this side. That line that travels across the sides of the car adding more character to the car. It comes with alloy wheels with low profile tyres, so in non hybrid variants you will get 225/50 R17 at both the ends meanwhile in hybrid variants 235/40 R19. Alloy design is looking nice and sporty as well. How can we forget that thin chrome line which running above windows.

Coming to the rear, interesting things are going on over here. Rear look is quite impressive and attractive at the same time. First of all that black touches on the boot gate is giving it very nice appeal. It got split tail light setup that is trying to connect with the lamp of another side but not connected to each other. Diffuser sort of look is there, shark fin antenna, defogger all these stuffs are present. 

Jumping to the cabin of this sexy looking sedan, it looks comfortable and tech freak. Some cool stuffs are going on in the interior, at the back you get ventilated seats with great leg, head and knee room and under thigh support is also amazing. 

Shifting to the front seats, here things get bit more lavish, electronically adjustable seats with ventilation features along with 2 memory function. The seats are looking very supportive and comfortable with proper side bolsters.

Talking about the dashboard, it comes with new 12 inch infotainment system which is full of features and works greatly. It get a textured AC vents which is looking amazing too. Instrument cluster is fully digital and standard across all the variants. Center console is having leather wrapped gear level and other controls including electronic parking brake. Center arm is there having some storage space as well with 12v socket. 

To be honest, I'm in love with this car, the design, the features and styling all are mind boggling. I wish Honda will launch this sedan in India as soon as possible.
